Offering pharmacological advantages relative to occupancy-driven protein inhibition, chemical methods for regulating biomolecular proximity have provided opportunities to tackle disease-related targets that were undruggable. Anti-SARS-CoV-2-spike-IgG antibodies (anti-S-IgG) and cellular reactivity against Spike-(S)- and nucleocapsid-(N)-proteins were determined in fully-vaccinated (F) individuals who either experienced BTI (F+BTI) or had booster vaccination (F+Booster) compared to partially vaccinated (P+BTI) and unvaccinated (U) from 1 to 24 weeks post PCR-confirmed infection. High avidity anti-S-IgG were found in F+BTI compared to U, the latter exhibiting increased long-lasting pro-inflammatory cytokines to S-stimulation.

We determined the seroprevalence of SARS-CoV-2 antibodies in medical students in clinical training at different times during the pandemic and asked participants about possible SARS-CoV-2 exposures in both medical and private settings.
Methods: From May 2020 to June 2021, medical students each in their 3rd year of training at the University Hospital Würzburg participated in the cross-sectional survey.
