Unlabelled: BackgroundObstructive sleep apnea (OSA) portends increased morbidity and mortality following acute ischemic stroke (AIS). Evaluation of OSA in the setting of AIS treated with endovascular mechanical thrombectomy (MT) has not yet been evaluated in the literature.
