Article Synopsis
  • - The study aimed to identify factors affecting follow-up treatments of onabotulinumtoxinA for overactive bladder through a mixed-methods approach, combining chart reviews and patient surveys.
  • - Among 29.3% of patients receiving a single treatment and 70.7% receiving multiple treatments, those with multiple treatments reported better symptom improvement and comfort, as well as a better understanding of the necessity for repeat treatments.
  • - Findings highlight that patient comfort and knowledge significantly influence retreatment decisions, suggesting the need for enhanced counseling and education for patients undergoing the procedure.

Introduction: Minimally invasive (robotic and pure laparoscopic) pyeloplasty has been increasingly used for treatment of ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO). However, few large-scale studies have compared these two modalities directly.

Methods: We performed a retrospective single-center review of all patients who underwent pure laparoscopic (LP) or robotic pyeloplasty (RALP) between 2007 and 2018.

Objective: We aimed to determine the correlation between preoperative imaging findings and gonadal pathology in GD patients with Y chromosome material.
