We emphasize the usefulness of treating delta resonances as explicit degrees of freedom in applications of chiral effective field theory (EFT) to parity-violating and time-reversal-violating (PVTV) nuclear interactions. Compared with the delta-less framework, the explicit inclusion of the delta isobar allows one to resum certain types of contributions to the PVTV two-pion exchange two- and three-nucleon potentials without at the same time introducing any unknown parameters up to next-to-next-to-leading order in the EFT expansion. We provide the corresponding expressions for the delta contributions in momentum and coordinate spaces and compare the convergence of the EFT expansion in both formulations.

Material And Methods: Prospective analysis in a convenience sample of patients who came to a hospital emergency department with acute dyspnea. The algorithm included ultrasound findings and 4 echocardiographic findings as follows: mitral annular plane systolic excursion, Doppler mitral flow velocity, tissue Doppler imaging measure of the lateral annulus, and the DT of early mitral filling.
Background: The COVID pandemic limited access to many Cardiac Rehabilitation (CR) outpatient programs.
Objective: The study aimed to examine the outcomes of patients in CR Phase II prior and during the pandemic.
Methods: A single-site retrospective review of CR patients during 2019 (pre-COVID) and 2020 (COVID era) was performed.

Introduction: Sitting posture may contribute to spinal pain. Effects of postures on pain, sensitivity and muscle activity during computer tasks were investigated.
Methods: Twenty-five healthy participants, seated at a workstation without backrest, completed four, 15-min typing tasks: A)Upright with forearm-support; B)Upright without forearm-support; C)Slumped with forearm-support; D)Slumped without forearm-support.
Rehabilitation can promote brain plasticity and improve motor control after central nervous system injuries. Our working model is that motor control is encoded using dynamic primitives: submovements, oscillations, and mechanical impedances. We hypothesize that therapies focusing on these primitives can achieve greater motor recovery.

However this large-N_{c} symmetry is well hidden and reveals itself only when averaging over intrinsic spin orientations. Furthermore, the symmetry is obscured unless the momentum resolution scale is close to an optimal scale that we call Λ_{large-N_{c}}.

Background: To quantify rates and risk factors for toxicity after hepatic radioembolization using resin yttrium-90 microspheres.
Methods: Radiation-Emitting SIR-Spheres in Non-resectable liver tumor (RESIN) registry enrollees were reviewed with 614 patients included. Mean patient age was 63.
Purpose: Race/ethnicity have been previously shown to significantly affect survival after diagnosis with glioblastoma, but the cause of this survival difference is not known. The aim of this study was to examine variation in treatment pattern and time to treatment by race/ethnicity, and the extent to which this affects survival.
Methods: Data were obtained from the National Cancer Database (NCDB) for adults ≥ 40 with glioblastoma from 2004 to 2016 (N = 68,979).
The pion-nucleon coupling constants determine the strength of the long-range nuclear forces and play a fundamental part in our understanding of nuclear physics. While the charged- and neutral-pion couplings to protons and neutrons are expected to be very similar, owing to the approximate isospin symmetry of the strong interaction, the different masses of the up and down quarks and electromagnetic effects may result in their slightly different values. Despite previous attempts to extract these coupling constants from different systems, our knowledge of their values is still deficient.

Background: Robot-assisted therapy and noninvasive brain stimulation (NIBS) are promising strategies for stroke rehabilitation.
Objective: This systematic review and meta-analysis aims to evaluate the evidence of NIBS as an add-on intervention to robotic therapy in order to improve outcomes of upper-limb motor impairment or activity in individuals with stroke.
Methods: This study was performed according to the PRISMA Protocol and was previously registered on the PROSPERO Platform (CRD42017054563).
Objective: One of the greatest challenges in clinical trial design is dealing with the subjectivity and variability introduced by human raters when measuring clinical end-points. We hypothesized that robotic measures that capture the kinematics of human movements collected longitudinally in patients after stroke would bear a significant relationship to the ordinal clinical scales and potentially lead to the development of more sensitive motor biomarkers that could improve the efficiency and cost of clinical trials.
Materials And Methods: We used clinical scales and a robotic assay to measure arm movement in 208 patients 7, 14, 21, 30 and 90 days after acute ischemic stroke at two separate clinical sites.

Automatic identification of gait events is an essential component of the control scheme of assistive robotic devices. Many available techniques suffer limitations for real-time implementations and in guaranteeing high performances when identifying events in subjects with gait impairments. Objective: To report the fidelity of the enhanced upper limb therapy programme within the Robot-Assisted Training for the Upper Limb after stroke (RATULS) randomized controlled trial, the types of goals selected and the proportion of goals achieved.
Design: Descriptive analysis of data on fidelity, goal selection and achievement from an intervention group within a randomized controlled trial.
Setting: Out-patient stroke rehabilitation within four UK NHS centres.
Background: While Walkbot-assisted locomotor training (WLT) provided ample evidence on balance and gait improvements, the therapeutic effects on cardiopulmonary and psychological elements as well as fall confidence are unknown in stroke survivors.
Objective: The present study aimed to compare the effects of Walkbot locomotor training (WLT) with conventional locomotor training (CLT) on balance and gait, cardiopulmonary and psychological functions and fall confidence in acute hemiparetic stroke.
Methods: Fourteen patients with acute hemiparetic stroke were randomized into either the WLT (60 min physical therapy + 30 min Walkbot-assisted gait training) or CLT (60 min physical therapy + 30 min gait training) groups, 7 days/week over 2 weeks.
