Background And Objectives: Various ear, nose, and throat (ENT) conditions can result in vision loss. The purpose of this study is to identify the etiologies, presentations, and radiological findings associated with impaired vision in the context of ENT. Additionally, this article discusses management protocols, including optic nerve decompression and orbital decompression.

Challenges and operative strategy in an unusual case of giant mastoid osteoma.

A 19-year-old female patient presented to the outpatient department of ear, nose and throat with complaints of hard swelling behind her left ear for the past 5 years. It was a large bony swelling arising from the left temporal bone causing a cosmetic deformity that was surgically excised. The patient made a good recovery post procedure.
