This study examines the imperative to align artificial general intelligence (AGI) development with societal, technological, ethical, and brain-inspired pathways to ensure its responsible integration into human systems. Using the PRISMA framework and BERTopic modeling, it identifies five key pathways shaping AGI's trajectory: (1) societal integration, addressing AGI's broader societal impacts, public adoption, and policy considerations; (2) technological advancement, exploring real-world applications, implementation challenges, and scalability; (3) explainability, enhancing transparency, trust, and interpretability in AGI decision-making; (4) cognitive and ethical considerations, linking AGI's evolving architectures to ethical frameworks, accountability, and societal consequences; and (5) brain-inspired systems, leveraging human neural models to improve AGI's learning efficiency, adaptability, and reasoning capabilities. This study makes a unique contribution by systematically uncovering underexplored AGI themes, proposing a conceptual framework that connects AI advancements to practical applications, and addressing the multifaceted technical, ethical, and societal challenges of AGI development.

The aim of these in vitro studies was to determine and compare the mechanical and tribological performance of two commercially available thermoplastic materials, namely BioHPP and Biocetal, used in dental prosthetics. In order to perform the comparative tests of both materials, the dog-bone shaped samples were formed by an injection molding process as in standard polymer materials research, wherein Biocetal samples constituted the research group, and BioHPP samples served as a control group. In the presented studies, their mechanical parameters were reported and analyzed: namely, Shore's hardness, unnotched impact strength, tensile strength, flexural strength, as well as abrasive wear resistance, obtained within appropriate tribological and mechanical tests.

The Cryogenic Underground Observatory for Rare Events (CUORE) is a detector array comprised by 988 5  cm×5  cm×5  cm TeO_{2} crystals held below 20 mK, primarily searching for neutrinoless double-beta decay in ^{130}Te. Unprecedented in size among cryogenic calorimetric experiments, CUORE provides a promising setting for the study of exotic throughgoing particles. Lowering hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) levels from covalently closed circular DNA (cccDNA) and the integrated genome could reduce the persistence of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. Since HBV replication occurs in the liver and to ameliorate the peripheral neuropathy observed with a first-generation tricyclic 4-pyridone PAPD5/7 inhibitor () having high systemic exposure, we focused on increasing the hepatocyte concentration and reducing plasma levels. Optimization of a novel series of PAPD5/7 inhibitors that decrease HBsAg levels led to the tetracyclic 2-pyridone , which was similarly potent to and but showed dramatically higher rodent liver-to-plasma ratios.

The effects of temperature (40-50 °C), pressure (200-300 bar), and CO consumption (25-75 kgCO/kg) on the extraction yield, content of α- and β-acids, as well as pathogens' growth inhibition were investigated. Unlabelled: Patients with non-large vessel occlusion acute ischemic stroke (NL-AIS) on oral anticoagulants (OAC) constitute the biggest portion among those who cannot receive any potential-reperfusion treatment even if they appear early in the hospital. We present the first case of therapy for NL-AIS in a patient with active anti-Xa anticoagulation, combining andexanet alfa and rtPA, who was recruited for STRoke On AntiCoagulants for Thrombolysis (acronym: STROACT), an ongoing therapeutic trial for non-LVO ischemic stroke on a DOAC. This is also the first report of the use of andexanet alfa-rtPA for AIS in a patient on rivaroxaban, which is the most frequently used non-vitamin K antagonist oral anticoagulant.
