Aneurysmal bone cyst (ABC) is a benign osteolytic lesion usually occurring in the metaphysis of long bones. Authors report a case of a 21-year-old man with an expanding aneurysmal bone cyst in the entire humeral diaphysis and both metaphyses, discovered incidentally. Authors present the therapeutic difficulties encountered and discuss theepidemiology, diagnosis and management of ABCs.

The authors report a case of post-traumatic ulnar nerve dislocation at the elbow and, having reviewed the literature, they discuss the pathogenesis, diagnosis and management of this injury.

The authors report a case of isolated anterior dislocation of the radial head in a 28-years-old woman without functional disorders. After a literature review, they discute traumatic and congenital etiology of this injury.

[Complete brachial plexus paralysis in anterior shoulder dislocation: a case report].

Brachial plexus paralysis secondary to anterior dislocation of the shoulder is a rare injury. The authors report a case of traumatic anterior dislocation of the shoulder complicated by brachial plexus palsy. Recovery took a whole year and the patient was left with residual shoulder stiffness.
