Transcriptome Profiling of Prostate Cancer, Considering Risk Groups and the TMPRSS2-ERG Molecular Subtype.

Molecular heterogeneity in prostate cancer (PCa) is one of the key reasons underlying the differing likelihoods of recurrence after surgical treatment in individual patients of the same clinical category. In this study, we performed RNA-Seq profiling of 58 localized PCa and 43 locally advanced PCa tissue samples obtained as a result of radical prostatectomy on a cohort of Russian patients. Mechanism of bubbles formation and anomalous phase separation in the CoNiP system.

This study announces the anomalous phase separation in CoNiP alloy electroplating. The observed phenomenon of the formation of magnetic bubbles was described for the first time for this triple CoNiP system. The influence of saccharin adsorption on NiFe alloy film growth mechanisms during electrodeposition.

This article deals with the effects of current modes on saccharin adsorption during NiFe electrodeposition, and, as a consequence, its effect on chemical composition, crystal structure, and microstructure of deposited films. For this purpose, we obtained NiFe films using direct, pulse, and pulse-reverse electrodeposition modes. The deposit composition, crystal structure, and surface microstructure are studied.

Novel Antireflection Coatings Obtained by Low-Temperature Annealing in the Presence of Tetrabutylammonium Bromide and Gold Nanoparticles.

In this work, nanoporous antireflective coatings on silicate glass were obtained from silicon dioxide sol compositions by the sol-gel method in the presence of quaternary ammonium salt (tetrabutylammonium bromide) at different annealing temperatures (200-250 °C). Varying the salt concentration from 3 to 5 wt.%, we achieved the transmittance of the coatings of about 97% at 250 °C in comparison with 91% for clean glass in the wavelength range from 400 to 1100 nm.

Features of Galvanostatic Electrodeposition of NiFe Films with Composition Gradient: Influence of Substrate Characteristics.

NiFe films with a composition gradient are of particular interest from the point of view of fundamental science and practical applications. Such gradient magnetic structures may exhibit unique functional properties useful for sensory applications and beyond. The issue surrounds the anomaly concerning the compositional gradient formed near the substrate in electrolytically deposited binary and ternary iron-containing alloys, which has not previously been clearly explained.

The article describes the effectiveness of the treatment of chronic apical periodontitis in one visit compared to multiple visits. A systematic review of the literature was conducted analyzing articles published on PubMed, Google scholar, ResearchGate and ScienceDirect between 2011 and 2021, treatment effectiveness was the selected outcome variable. A total of 21 articles were selected, 9 of which were selected for detailed review.

[Effectiveness evaluation of the psychological support inclusion in the correction of pain syndrome in patients with movement disorders at the stage of medical rehabilitation using the virtual reality technology].

Objective: Evaluation of the comparative effectiveness of various methods of psychological support in the correction of pain syndrome in patients with degenerative-dystrophic diseases of big joints and spine in the process of medical rehabilitation.

Material And Methods: In conditions of hospital, the 70 patients with degenerative-dystrophic diseases of the big joints and spine who received drug and non-drug treatment were examined. The dynamics of the psycho-emotional state, subjective assessment of well-being and pain was studied in three groups: the main group (24 patients) where the psycho-correction plan included classes with a medical psychologist using a high-tech VR tool - «Vive Focus Plus EEA virtual reality helmet».

The effect of microstructure on the efficiency of shielding or shunting of the magnetic flux by permalloy shields was investigated in the present work. The currently known methods for the correction of psycho-emotional states based on the feedback mechanism are analyzed.

The paper presents a review of the literature data reflecting the relevance and current views on the problem of facial feedback. It considers the relationship between the bioelectric activity of facial muscles and neuropsychic stress. The objective of the present study was to elucidate the possibility of using psycho-diagnostic tools for the preventive diagnostics of the patients' adherence to the treatment in the course of medical rehabilitation. The article presents the overview of the available literature concerning the problem of interest. It is shown that the important factors of preventive diagnostics of the compliance include the peculiar steady-state and dynamic features of the individual patients presenting with chronic pathology, their current emotional state, intellectual and motivational preparedness for the active and meaningful participation in the rehabilitation process.

The present article presents a review of the premorbid personality traits with special reference to the psychic state and pain-related behaviour characteristics of the patients presenting with dorsopathies. Also discussed is the relationship between the psychoemotional disorders and the intensity of pain syndrome. The psychodiagnostic approaches and techniques most commonly applied for the examination of this group of the patients are considered together with the psychotherapeutic methods used for their combined treatment and follow-up rehabilitative care.

[The personality structure as a basis for the organization of psychological support in the process of medical rehabilitation of the patients presenting with motor function disorders].

We have analyzed the relationships between personality traits and the quality of life in 95 in-patients with motor function disorders undergoing the rehabilitative treatment. It was shown that the high quality of life in the patients suffering from motor function disorders as a result of an acute cerebral circulation disorder correlated with the positive attitudes towards recovering and stress resistance. In the patients presenting with degenerative-dystrophic diseases of the joints, the high quality of life correlated with the purpose-oriented behaviour and discipline expressed as the commitment to the goal.
