Magnetoencephalography (MEG) and electroencephalography (EEG) are contemporary methods to investigate the function and organization of the brain. Simultaneously acquired MEG-EEG data are inherently multi-dimensional and exhibit coupling. This study uses a coupled tensor decomposition to extract the signal sources from MEG-EEG during intermittent photic stimulation (IPS).

Intravascular ultrasound-guided internal carotid artery stenting.

Aim: The study was aimed at demonstrating efficacy and feasibility of intravascular ultrasound during internal carotid artery stenting for assessment of atheromatous plaque protrusion through a stent.

We estimated genome size using flow cytometry in 84 populations of 67 Artemisia species and one population of Crossostephium chinense.

Early observers of plant evolution in the Arctic have noted a floristic similarity with temperate alpine regions and a predominance of high ploidy levels. The aim of our study was to survey these and other traits in multiple closely related but independently evolved lineages of Artemisia. Our phylogenetic study was based on 133 taxa using 3'-ETS and ITS, and on data on morphology, karyology, distribution, and ecological preferences.
