The different effects on animals of the thrombolytic protease complex of the new producer 203 were studied. The tests of acute toxicity, immunotoxicity and allergenicity should conclude that the studied proteolytic complex is safe for medical usage. For the intravenous and the intraperitoneal routes of administration, the maximum tolerated dose and the median lethal dose were not determined.

The aim of the current work was to evaluate applicability of triacetate cellulose hollow fiber vitrification (HFV) method for cryopreservation of groups of in vitro matured bovine oocytes (12-17 oocytes per device). We also attempted to optimize HFV protocol by altering concentration of non-permeating cryoprotectant (sucrose) in vitrification solution and concentration of extracellular Ca by using a calcium-free base medium for preparation of vitrification/rewarming solutions with ethylene glycol (EG) as a single permeating cryoprotectant. Neither of modifications of HFV protocol significantly affected survival or fertilization rates of the vitrified bovine oocytes.

Production of proteinases with plasmin-like and plasminogen-activating activities by a micromycete Arthrobotrys longa 1 was studied. Polycyclic growth of the producer in submerged cultures was observed, with an endogenous rhythm of the periods of intense microconidia formation alternating with the phases of drastic increase in the content of producing mycelium. The highest plasminogen-like and plasminogen-activating activities (up to 1000 and 500 cond.

According to the World Health Organization, it is recorded steady growth of the number of chronic liver diseases, including nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), in recent years. As an independent nosological entity, NAFLD is one of the risk factors for cardiovascular diseases, associated with abdominal-visceral obesity, peripheral insulin resistance (IR), and is regarded as the hepatic component of Metabolic syndrome (MS). Nowadays there are no generally accepted national standards for diagnosis and treatment of NAFLD for physicians, gen- eral practitioners, gastroenterologists in Russia.

The responses of osphradium in the fresh-water mollusk Viviparus sp. and single osphradial neurons in the pond snail Lymnaea stagnalis to L-glutamine and L-asparagine as well as the changes in these responses under the effect of heavy metals (Cu, Cd) were recorded electrophysiologically. The functional connections of osphradium with the identified neurons of the central pattern generator of respiratory movements and cardiac activity as well as the modification of these connections under the effect of short-term application of HgCl2 solution on the snail's osphradium were investigated.

Zoeal stages of the mud shrimp Nihonotrypaea petalura (Stimpson, 1860) (Decapoda: Axiiidea: Callianassidae) inhabiting Peter the Great Bay (Sea of Japan) is described and illustrated from the larvae reared in the laboratory individually. The development included seven zoeal stages before molting to the megalopa. At 22-23°C the first megalopa was attained 26 days after hatching.

Osmolarity of Dulbecco's medium at which the volume of two-cell mouse embryo remained similar to that of intact embryo was determined. The method is based on comparison of kinetic curves describing the volume of embryonic cell in solutions of different osmolarity. The blastomere volume was measured by quantitative laser microtomography after fixed osmotic stress intervals.

Chronic esophagitis in children etiologically are heterogeneous. Was observed 83 patients aged from 3 to 17 years with histologically defined chronic esophagitis, 58 of them suffered from food and respiratory allergies. All children underwented endoscopy, morphological and immunohistochemical study of the esophagus biopsies with the definition IgE, IgA herpes simplex virus (HSV), cytomegalovirus (CMV) and Epstein - Barr virus (EBV) in the mucous membrane.

Electrochemical behavior of C(60)(CF(2))(n), n = 1, 2 and C(60)(CCl(2)) has been investigated. [6,6]-Opened C(60)(CF(2)) and cis-2-C(60)(CF(2))(2) exhibit reversible reductions at potentials 150 and 145 mV more positive than C(60), unlike the related [6,6]-closed C(60)(CCl(2)), which shows reduction at the potential close to that for C(60). The structures, electron localization and lifetimes of the observed radical anions C(60)(CF(2))(-*) and cis-2-C(60)(CF(2))(2)(-*) have been elucidated by the ESR study and DFT calculations.

Comparative evaluation of clinical, endoscopic and morphological stomach mucosa changes dynamics was performed in 100 patients with presence and absence of HP eradication during 3 years. Improvement of clinical, endoscopic and disease morphological sings, sometimes the complete its normalization, but never worsening were observed in the most patients with HP eradication. The main pathomorphological indexes were for certain decreased after 1 year of eradication.
