Objective: A wide range of lesions, including a mesothelial cyst of the uterine round ligament, are included in the differential diagnosis of a groin mass. Our study emphasizes the rarity of this ailment and the significance of correct preoperative diagnosis in guiding our treatment approach.
Case Report: A 43-year-old female patient, presented to our hospital with a five-year history of swelling and slight discomfort in the right groin.
Objective: This study aims to illustrate a rare case of retroperitoneal schwannoma by presenting the clinical, imaging, and histological parameters.
Case Report: A 36-year-old patient visited the outpatient clinic because of back pain experienced over the previous two months. There were no complaints regarding the nervous system or urinary system.
Endometriosis involves the growth of endometrial-like tissue outside the uterine cavity, with its manifestation in the rectus abdominis muscle being exceptionally rare and primarily observed in women with a history of abdominal surgeries. In this report, we present the case of a 42-year-old female with a medical history of two cesarean sections who presented with cyclical abdominal pain and a palpable mass in the right lower quadrant. An MRI scan of the pelvis revealed a lesion on the right lower quadrant of the abdominal wall, proximate to the previous Pfannenstiel incision.

Methods: A group of 40 consecutive cancer patients (24 prostate, 12 breast and 4 with other cancers) were subjected to bone scan (BS) to rule out metastatic disease. Each patient received QoL36 and TMPS questionnaire prior to BS.
Radiotherapy may result in long term effects and composition alterations in bones. Bone scintigraphy after radiotherapy may demonstrate decreased skeletal uptake; however, this is a transient effect with bone scan normalized after a few years. We describe a case of a 31-year-old female patient treated for left breast cancer with chemotherapy and radiotherapy, exhibiting reduced and diffuse diphosphonate uptake in the heavily irradiated sections of left ribs, even twelve years post-treatment.

Materials And Methods: Myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI), with 99mTc tetrofosmin stress-rest single photon emission computer tomography (SPECT), in 13 RA female patients with atypical cardiac symptoms, was compared to 44 weight- and age-matched females with similar cardiac complaints (control group). Smoking, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, obesity and cardiac heredity were recorded and compared between the study and control group.
Background: Heterotopic ossification (HO) is a potential complication in patients hospitalized in an intensive care unit (ICU). In this study we examined the association of HO diagnosed with three-phase bone scan (3pBS) in association with various parameters in patients previously hospitalized in ICU.
Material And Methods: We retrieved patient records of the last 12 years subjected to 3pBS and diagnosed with HO from the Department of Nuclear Medicine (2004 up to 2016) and searched for a name match from ICU records.
Background: Ingesting a foreign body (FB) is not an uncommon occurrence. Most pass through the gastrointestinal (GI) tract uneventfully and rarely cause complications. However, long, sharp, slender, and hard objects such as fish bones, chicken bones, and toothpicks may lead to perforation of the GI tract, which is a potentially life-threatening complication.
