Talus osteochondral defects are a common cause of ankle pain and disability, and require prompt and effective treatment to prevent further damage and improve function. While surgical interventions, such as arthroscopy debridement and bone marrow concentrate therapy, have been used separately to treat these injuries, their combination may offer synergistic benefits. A 28-year-old male patient presented with a history of ankle pain and difficulty with weight-bearing activities.

Arthroscopic repair of these defects with minced cartilage autograft has emerged as a promising alternative to traditional surgical techniques. Articular cartilage was harvested from the edge of the osteochondral defect and from the edge of the supracondylar notch with a shaver.

These growth factors play a role in the regeneration, repair, and acceleration of the biochemical process, thereby reducing the pain associated with injuries of the articular cartilage and meniscus.
Aim: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of the PRP method in the treatment of knee joint cartilage injuries and degenerative meniscus lesions as well as pain relief.
Background: Treatment of acute and chronic acromioclavicular joint dislocations is still controversial. We aimed evaluation of surgical outcomes after using the combined technique with a hook plate and transposition of the coracoacromial ligament in the treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation.
Case Presentation: During two years 4 patients (2 acute and 2 chronic cases) were operated with this technique.

Background: Tibial plateau fractures are complex lesions capable of causing severe consequences if not appropriately treated. They are often the result of high-energy trauma and, not rarely, are associated with significant soft-tissue and intra-articular injuries. Different therapeutic options can be managed in the treatment of these lesions.

Consequently, trauma injuries sustained in traffic accidents result in chronic morbidity more often than similar cases in developed countries. Multiple rib fractures induce significant patient morbidity.

Unlabelled: Painful conditions and limited dorsal flexion of the ankle, which are the result of the friction of joint tissues and also the cause and the effect of altered joint biomechanics, are called ankle impingement syndromes. Post-traumatic ankle injures, like an ankle sprains or ankle fractures, are the main causes of impingement lesions, which result in chronic ankle pain.
Purpose: To evaluate the results for patients treated arthroscopically for anterolateral soft tissue impingement after ankle injury.
