[The substantiation of organizational and methodological approaches to the development of standards for the supply of medical equipment to provide educational activities in the Military Medical Academy].

The article shows that one of the conditions for qualitative training of specialists for the medical service of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation is the availability of a well-equipped material and technical (teaching and material) base, the main element of which is medical property. It was revealed that at present the nomenclature, quantity and medical and technical characteristics of medical educational material for implementation of educational activities in the Military Medical Academy are not defined by normative legal acts. It is established that the formation of the material and technical (educational- material) base academy should be carried out on the basis of the principle of standardized allowance, which will allow the military management bodies to plan the allocation of not only the relevant medical educational equipment, but also the necessary amounts of money.

Formation of the scientific potential and development of advanced medical equipment samples is one of the priorities for the development ofRussian military medicine. The new loads of expendable medical supplies adopted by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and included into regulating documents are the most important elements of the authorized equipment system. The use of these loads improves the effectiveness of medical supply for all stages of medical evacuation, medical continuity during medical and evacuation procedures and allows to deliver medical aid to patients on the basis of modern and innovative medical technologies.

Pharmacists and pharmacy assistants made a significant contribution to the successful solution of problems for protection of life and health of soldiers of the Russian Army during the War of 1812. During this period Russia's military pharmacy received a new boost. The first legislatively authorized procedure for medical supplies was established, improved the regulatory framework and the system of training of pharmaceutical personnel, organizational principles of accumulation and the maintenance of a medical emergency reserve property, etc.

Study of 130 osteoarthrosis patients revealed high serum level of leptin in 42 (32.3 %) patients including 9 males and 33 females. Osteoarthrosis patients with high serum leptin level are characterized by more severe course of the disease.
