Mobile Medical Units (MMUs) are one of the major initiatives under the National Rural Health Mission. These MMUs help people in remote, underserved areas access healthcare at affordable prices on their doorstep. The present record-based study aimed to assess the morbidity profile of the patients attending Mobile Medical Unit camps in the Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri district between April 2022 and December 2022.

Objectives: Adolescence is an important transition phase and the burden of anemia among adolescent school-going children is not well explored. The present study was carried out to determine the prevalence of anemia among school-going adolescent girls and to explore their awareness on anemia.
Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted among 217 adolescent girls studying in a residential school of Bibinagar village, Telangana.
Influenza B viruses (IBVs) comprise a substantial portion of the circulating seasonal human influenza viruses. Here, we describe the isolation of human monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) that recognized the IBV neuraminidase (NA) glycoprotein from an individual following seasonal vaccination. Competition-binding experiments suggested the antibodies recognized two major antigenic sites.

Objective: This study aimed to identify the risk factors of NAFLD and to identify the association of lifestyle (dietary and physical activity), genetic, and environmental factors with NAFLD in India.
Over the past few decades, hypertension (HTN) has affected both young and old people. The public health problem has an enormous economic impact on societies as well. The present review aimed to understand and compare the differences from the available literature on HTN treatment at the primary care level in various states and at the national level in India.

In this report, we introduce a Rh-catalyzed C-selective alkenylation of indole derivatives using a new sulfur directing group -SCy. A notable feature of this system is that the directing group is readily installed to the indoles and easily removed after the catalysis under mild conditions.

We herein demonstrate an iridium-catalyzed C4-selective acylmethylation of indoles using α-carbonyl sulfoxonium ylides as carbene precursors. This method exhibits high efficiency and broad functional group compatibility.

In particular, selective functionalization of the poorly reactive benzenoid core over the pyrrole ring has been a great challenge. Reported herein is an iridium-catalyzed direct alkynylation of the indole C4- and C7-positions with the assistance of sulfur directing groups.

This protocol allows a wide functional group compatibility and broad substrate scope. The directing group can be readily removed or transformed into other functional groups after the C-H functionalization event.

We tested whether the NEU1-selective sialidase inhibitor, C9-butyl-amide-2-deoxy-2,3-dehydro-N-acetylneuraminic acid (C9-BA-DANA), inhibits one or more established NEU1-mediated bioactivities in human lung cells. We established the IC50 values of C9-BA-DANA for total sialidase activity in human airway epithelia, lung microvascular endothelia and lung fibroblasts to be 3.

Either hydroindolylation or alkylation of an indole with the pendant group of allenyl ether has been observed. The reaction outcome seems to be decided mainly by the nature of the pendant group of the allenyl ether.

These nanoparticles catalyse the hydrogenation of the terminal alkyne groups to alkanes selectively, and show no effect on other labile protecting and internal alkyne or internal/external alkene groups present in the molecule.
