Rare Extra-Nasopharyngeal Angiofibroma of the Anterior Nasal Septum Associated With Deviated Nasal Septum: A Case Report.

Extra-nasopharyngeal angiofibroma is a rare entity, with only a few cases reported to date. It usually presents with symptoms resembling those of typical nasopharyngeal angiofibroma, but it arises from a site other than the site of origin of typical nasopharyngeal angiofibroma. A 20-year-old male presented with complaints of left-sided nasal obstruction and epistaxis for 10 days.
