Clinical and electroneuromyographical (ENMG) study of 24 children with Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) was conducted. Using ENMG, axonal and demyelinating GBS variants differing by course and rehabilitation time were distinguished. The patients were divided into two groups, namely: 24 children with Guillain-Barré [correction of Giyenne-Barret] syndrome (the first) and 35 ones with diphtheritic PNP (the second group).
