The work gives a review of therapeutic methods of vitiligo. PUVA therapy, application of cortisonoids, khellin (including UVA), phenylalanine (including UVA), melagenina, and laser therapy represent non-surgical methods. Surgical methods include application of fluorouracil following dermabrasion, of autologous epidermal grafting transplantation of in vitro cultured epidermis, in vitro cultured melanocytes and micropigmentation by pigment.
