In order to detect minute amounts of glucose in diluted urine, we applied the Raman spectroscopy method. To simulate abnormal diluted urine in a toilet bowl, we diluted normal urine ten-fold with water and added glucose up to 8 mg dl(-1). Pulse Transit Time (PTT) is a simple non-invasive method to evaluate vascular function using photoplethysmography(PPG) and electrocardiography(ECG). This study introduces unconstrained PTT measurement method for computer users and evaluates that. The proposed system consists of chair and mouse those can measure ECG and PPG respectability.
