The cholesterol 7alpha-hydroxylase (7alpha-hydroxylase) and 3beta-hydroxy-delta5-C27-steroid dehydrogenase (3beta-dehydrogenase) activities in male Wistar rats were determined using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
