A 70-year-old woman presented with abnormal liver function test 3 months after the introduction of daily intake of raloxifene, a selective estrogen receptor modulator, for osteoporosis. She had a history of NAFLD, diabetes mellitus and depression. The ratio of the computed-tomographic value of the liver against that of the spleen decreased remarkably.
