Although vasopressin administration decreases postoperative atrial fibrillation in on-pump coronary artery bypass grafting, its use in off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting has not been investigated. Thereafter, she fell in the ward and fractured her femoral trochanter, requiring early hip fracture surgery.
