Methods: The study included patients who had been operated on for endometrioid-type EC in three gynecological oncology centers between 2007 and 2023. The supramesenteric lymph node (SM-LN) is the region between the left renal vein and the IMA, whereas the inframesenteric lymph node (IM-LN) is the region between the IMA and the aortic bifurcation, as determined by the level of the IMA.

Prior studies of large clinical H&E image repositories have shown that deep learning analysis can identify intercellular and morphologic signals correlated with disease phenotype and therapeutic response.

Methods: The study utilised a total of 80 human maxillary incisors, which were categorised into two groups based on the location of the ORF (apical and middle third of the root) formed on the buccal side of the root surface. The measurement of the distance between the incisal edge and the intersection of the ORF with the root canal was conducted using a stereomicroscope.
Purpose: The aim of this in vitro study was to compare the organic tissue dissolution capacities of 3 different irrigation agitation techniques (IATs) in artificial internal root resorption cavities (IRCs).
Materials And Methods: Ninety freshly extracted maxillary human incisors were selected. After decoronation procedure, the roots were split longitudinally, and a standard IRC were prepared in the canals on each half of the roots.
Purpose: To investigate the influence of various nickel-titanium (Ni-Ti) files on debris extrusion during the retreatment of teeth with simulated lateral root perforation, focusing on root resorption.
Methods: Sixty human mandibular premolar teeth were divided into groups with and without perforation and further subdivided based on the retreatment technique. Lateral root perforations were created in one group (Group 1), while the other group had no perforations (Group 2).
Objective: We aimed to investigate differences between HPV-16 mono- and HPV-16/18 co-infections in terms of cervical dysplasia and invasive cancer.
Methods: This multicentre, retrospective study spanned from December 2017 to December 2020, involving women who visited gynaecological oncology clinics for colposcopy with either HPV-16 or HPV-16/18 positivity. A total of 736 patients, 670 in Group 1 (HPV-16 positivity) and 66 in Group 2 (HPV-16/18 positivity), were compared for the presence of CIN2+ lesions detected by colposcopic biopsy or endocervical curettage (ECC).

We present consensus recommendations for assessment of PDX growth and antitumor activity, providing public access to a suite of tools for in vivo growth analyses. We expect that harmonizing PDX study design and analysis and assessing a suite of analytical tools will enhance information exchange and facilitate identification of promising novel therapies and biomarkers for guiding cancer therapy.
