Cerebellar cryptococcoma in an immunocompetent adult patient.

Isolated cerebellar cryptococcoma in an immunocompetent patient is a rare condition. We report a case of an immunocompetent adult with isolated cerebellar cryptococcoma. The patient presented with chronic headaches for one year and was found to have multiple cerebellar abscesses on imaging.
