Background: Studies over the last years have revealed the possible impact of endovascular repair of abdominal or thoracic aortic aneurysms on the arterial stiffness and secondary on the cardiac function and the central hemodynamics.
Methods: A literature search was conducted to collect data on current methods of arterial stiffness assessment and the induced changes in arterial stiffness after endovascular or open surgical repair of abdominal or thoracic aortic aneurysms.
Results: Seventeen studies were analyzed.
Objective: The aim of this study was to report outcomes of the BeGraft and BeGraft Plus as bridging covered stents in fenestrated and branched endovascular aneurysm repair (FB-EVAR).
Methods: Patients treated and followed in two institutions receiving at least one BeGraft or BeGraft Plus as bridging covered stent between January 2018 and July 2023 were included.
Results: A total of 765 target vessels (TVs) in 281 patients were aimed to be bridged with the BeGraft or BeGraft Plus.
The study purpose is to review the surgical approach and evaluate the results in cases of head and neck malignancies with internal carotid artery invasion. The anatomical site of the primary tumor varied including a fixed massive metastatic neck disease of an occult intraoral carcinoma of the right tonsil, a recurrent metastatic neck tumor after laryngectomy for glottic primary carcinoma and a metastatic malignant melanoma of an unknown primary origin. In all cases carotid artery was invaded and therefore resected.

Methods: A systematic search of the literature published until April 2017 was performed according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses guidelines. Separate meta-analyses were conducted for overall in-hospital mortality for TAAA, mortality according to the type of TAAA, spinal cord ischemia, paraplegia and paraparesis, cardiac events, stroke, acute kidney failure, and bowel ischemia.
Aortocaval fistula (ACF) is a rare complication of abdominal aortic aneurysm, which erodes into the wall of the inferior vena cava, resulting in the formation of a fistula. ACF presents with various inconsistent symptoms and signs. ACF can be a diagnostic dilemma if not suspected and it is lethal if left untreated.

We describe the case of a 48-year-old woman who was born with a vascular malformation in the sternal region and presented suddenly with a soft tissue sarcoma (DFSP-FS) in the same territory. She was initially treated by embolization as the sarcoma was misdiagnosed but the tumor within 6 months seemed to be growing rapidly and reached a giant dimension with ulceration and required surgical intervention.

Case Report: A 70-year-old man was referred with a symptomatic type V TAAA. The Nellix EndoVascular Aneurysm Sealing (EVAS) System was used in combination with 2 chimney grafts for the celiac artery (CA) and the superior mesenteric artery (SMA); one periscope graft perfused the right renal artery.
Background: Bilateral limb occlusion after endovascular aortic repair (EVAR) is relatively uncommon. The aim of this study was to investigate the incidence of bilateral endograft limb occlusion after EVAR and identify potential anatomical predictive factors of occurrence.
Methods: A total of 579 patients underwent elective EVAR for abdominal aortic aneurysm between January 2010 and December 2015.
