[Approaches to development and implementation of the medical information system for military-medical commission of the multidisciplinary military-medical organisation].

The current task of the implementation of medical information systems in the military and medical organizations is an automation of the military-medical expertise as one of the most important activities. In this regard, noteworthy experience of the 9th Medical Diagnostic Centre (9th MDC), where on the basis of medical information system "Interi PROMIS" for the first time was implemented the automation of the work of military medical commission. The given paper presents an algorithm for constructing of the information system for the military-medical examination; detailed description of its elements is given.

[The experience of medical information system implementation into multi-field outpatient facility].

The main prospective line of development of information technologies implemented into medical facilities is working out and approbation of complex solutions for work automatiozation. It is necessary to mention the experience of implementation of industrial integrated medical information system into the 9h diagnostic and treatment centre of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation. In 2008 implementation of the information systems was funded by extra budgetary accounts of the facility.

[Experience, problems and prospects of development of the multipurpose outpatient institution in area system of medical supply of Moscow region].

The article concerns the problems of development of ambulatory medical aid in Moscow and the regions of Moscow. The general conclusion is revealed from the broad modern experience of multi-field medical center. Moreover, the article demonstrates the performance of improvement in accordance with reorganization of public and military health service.

[Surgical tactics in combined gunshot wounds of the pelvis].

Based on experience of treatment of 177 wounded with gunshot combined wounds of the pelvis, rational surgical policy in these wounds is substantiated. It is necessary to maintain sequence of each stage of the operation bearing in mind trajectory of shell in organs and tissues of the abdomen and pelvis, simultaneous wounds of organs which are significantly different by specific anatomic structure and physical role.

[Gunshot wounds of rectum].

The experience of treatment of 73 wounded with gunshot injuries of the rectum is reviewed. Classification of gunshot injuries of the rectum is proposed which permits to choose rational surgical policy depending on the location of the rectal injury is proposed. Terms of closing colostomas in remote periods after operation were determined.

[Autologous transplantation of splenic tissue after splenectomy in gunshot abdominal wounds].

Results of experimental (12) and clinical (26) observations of autotransplantation of spleen fragments into the greater omentum after splenectomy are described. Optimum sizes of the transplanted fragments of the spleen were determined. The influence of this operation on homeostasis was studied.
