[Thoracoscopic tracheal resection in a child under extracorporeal membrane oxygenation].

Congenital tracheal stenosis in children is a rare, severe and life-threatening respiratory tract malformation characterized by respiratory failure. We have performed 74 surgical interventions in these patients under extracorporeal membrane oxygenation between 2013 and 2022. In this article, we present surgical treatment of a newborn with congenital tracheal stenosis.

[Ways to improve medical help by deep massive burns in rural area].

Results of treatment were analyzed in 907 patients with extensive deep burns. It is shown that early large necrectomy and saving methods of skin plasty (microautodermoplasty) enables to improve significantly the results of surgical treatment in patients with deep burns. It is proved that introduced regional specialized hospitals with high-tech combustiology profile allow improving health care in such patients.

The problem of diagnostics acute mesenteric a lymphadenitis is actual and till now not solved. Use laparoscopy techniques in differential diagnostics of acute surgical diseases of an abdominal cavity has opened new prospects. Acute mesenteric the lymphadenitis in clinical practice can be surveyed as a polyetiological syndrome of the enlarged mesenteric/lymph nodes.

[The new method of the blood loss evaluation].

The quantification of the acute blood loss remains to be the crucial task of the emergency aid. There is no satisfactory and practically suitable method of the blood loss measurement to present day. The original method is based on the electrolyte blood characteristics' measurement.
