Introduction: Congenital epulis, also known as Neumann's tumor, is an uncommon benign tumor of the oral mucosa that occurs in newborns. It is a rare condition, with fewer than 250 reported cases worldwide. The exact cause or underlying mechanism of this tumor is still not well understood.
