Purpose: Angiosarcoma is a rare aggressive endothelial cell cancer with high mortality. Isolated reports suggest immune checkpoint inhibition efficacy in angiosarcoma, but no prospective studies have been published. We report results for angiosarcoma treated with ipilimumab and nivolumab as a cohort of an ongoing rare cancer study.

Methods: The 5 listed subtypes were enrolled into a single indolent sarcoma cohort in a phase 2 study of dasatinib using a Bayesian continuous monitoring rule for enrollment. The primary objective was to estimate the 6-month progression-free survival (PFS) rate according to the Choi criteria with a target of ≥50%.
Background: Ifosfamide is a chemotherapeutic agent that requires cytochrome P450 3A (CYP3A) for bioactivation and metabolism. To the authors' knowledge, the correlation between dose, pharmacokinetics, CYP3A, and toxicity has not been fully evaluated. A randomized Phase II trial was performed on 22 soft tissue sarcoma patients treated with doxorubicin (60 mg/m(2)/cycle) and either high-dose ifosfamide (12 g/m(2)/cycle) or standard-dose ifosfamide (6 g/m(2)/cycle).

Patients And Methods: Patients with locally advanced and/or metastatic chordoma, STS, or GIST received 9-NC 1.25 mg/m2 orally for 5 consecutive days followed by 2 days of rest.
Purpose: A recent report of the combination of gemcitabine and docetaxel described favorable results in patients with uterine leiomyosarcoma. The objective of this report is to describe experience with this combination in a variety of histologic subtypes of sarcoma. Additionally, cell-culture studies were performed to assess the effect of the sequence of drug administration on colony formation.
