Purpose: To compare the pupil size of patients having migraine with photophobia versus normal subjects and to correlate the pupil size to the severity of headache.

Methods: This was a prospective case-control study. One hundred eyes of 50 patients who had migraine with photophobia were compared with same number of control subjects who had no history of headache.

Introduction And Importance: Thanatophoric dysplasia is a rare, fatal, and sporadic form of skeletal dysplasia caused by a mutation in fibroblast growth factor receptor 3 (FGFR3). It is characterized by a conical thorax, platyspondyly (flat vertebral bodies), and macrocephaly. This disorder can be diagnosed antenatally as early as 13 weeks of gestation.
