Aim: To study morphological features of the bone formation process in consolidation of fractures of long tubular bones in conditions of intramedullary wires insertion with bioactive calcium-phosphate coating of hydroxyapatite.
Materials And Methods: In experimental study in dogs was simulated open comminuted tibia fracture and performed intramedullary insertion of wires with hydroxyapatite coating. Using light and electron microscopy, using X-ray electron microprobe microanalyses were studied bone regenerates in 14-360 days after surgery.
We present a case of cardiac angiosarcoma in a pregnant women. Clinical manifestations of angiosarcoma were unspecific and progressed rapidly as hemopericardium, cardiac tamponade, heart failure, fever, chest pain. Pregnancy was interrupted at 22-nd week.

The cell electrophoresis is considered as the most handy, accurate and reliable practical technique to determine these indicators. The authors developed the first national serial instrument complex for cell electrophoresis.

y We report preliminary results of efficacious clinical application of a new immunological method with the use of biochips for diagnosis of chronic lymphocytic leukemia. This method has been developed by the authors to detect a wide range of cell surface antigens. We compared the amount of cells expressing certain antigens with clinical properties of chronic lymphocytic leukemia.

During the usual course of inflammation in the abdominal cavity in the first 24 hours a sharp increase of lymphocyte destruction is noted, while proliferative changes decrease. Two days later the cell destruction decreases but proliferative changes increase.

The gallbladder anastomosed with the upper parts of the alimentary tract preserved reservoir and concentration functions, ability for visualization during cholecystocholangiography. The discrete pulse mechanism of bile secretion via the bile diverting anastomoses and their antireflux function eliminated the risk of chronic pancreatitis and terminal cholangitis.

The conditions more commonly complicated by peritonitis were inflammatory and neoplastic diseases of abdominal organs.

All cells of this clone are capable of DNA synthesis and mitotic division. As the disease progresses, the number of tumor cells increases gradually.
