Objective: To determine the impact of co-occurring traumatic brain injury (TBI) on functional motor outcome and cognition during acute spinal cord injury (SCI) rehabilitation.

Design: Prospective, longitudinal cohort.

Setting: Single-center National Institute of Disability and Rehabilitation Research SCI Model System.
