Preoperative Diastolic Dysfunction and Postoperative Outcomes after Noncardiac Surgery.

Objective: To determine if diastolic dysfunction is independently associated with increased mortality, acute kidney injury, and hospital length of stay after noncardiac surgery.

Design: Retrospective observational cohort.

Setting: Academic referral center.
