Context: Pediatric palliative care has no evidence-based needs assessment measure. The Parent and Child Needs Survey (PCNeeds) is a new instrument designed to assess the needs of children in palliative care, including children receiving end-of-life care, and their families.
Objectives: This study examines the psychometrics of and respondents' perceptions about the PCNeeds.
Carboplatin is a chemotherapy drug used in a variety of cancers with the primary toxicity being exposure-dependant myelosuppression. We present the development and validation of a simple, robust inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) method to measure carboplatin in plasma ultrafiltrate. Plasma ultrafiltrates samples were prepared using Amicon Ultra 30,000da cut-off filters and then diluted with ammonia EDTA before ICP-MS analysis.

It is also unknown whether cofactors vary by HPV genotypes. The Study to Understand Cervical Cancer Early Endpoints and Determinants (SUCCEED) is a cross-sectional study comprising women referred to the University of Oklahoma from November 2003 to September 2007 for abnormal cervical screening results.
