Benign cartilaginous tumors represent a spectrum of neoplastic processes with variable clinical and pathologic presentations. These tumors are histologically characterized by the presence of chondrocytes surrounded by a cartilaginous matrix. Few studies describe karyotypic abnormalities in these benign lesions.
