The value of 'data-enabled', digital healthcare is evolving rapidly, as demonstrated in the COVID-19 pandemic, and its successful implementation remains complex and challenging. Harmonisation (within/between healthcare systems) of infrastructure and implementation strategies has the potential to promote safe, equitable and accessible digital healthcare, but guidance for implementation is lacking. The etiology and clinical findings of feline EHBO and their influence on short-(2 weeks-6 months) and long-term (>6 months) survival and prognosis were examined in an observational clinical retrospective study of 26 client-owned cats undergoing surgery for biliary obstruction at one institution between 2012 and 2020. The etiology of EHBO was determined in 21/26 cats, which included inflammatory causes (14/21), neoplastic causes (6/21), and a duodenal foreign body (1/21).

This study aims to evaluate whether it is also superior in estimating tumor parameters, such as three-dimensional spatial localization and volume.
Methods: 134 participants underwent F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT and MRI prior to radical prostatectomy as part of the validating paired-cohort Next Generation Trial (NCT05141760).

We evaluated trends in annual incidence of alcohol-associated hepatitis (AH) before and following the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic across two geographically distinct populations in the USA and Hong Kong.
Methods: Using US national Veterans Affairs (VA) data and Hong Kong territory-wide data, trends in annual incidence of AH were evaluated from 2000 to 2023.
Introduction: In China, an increasing number of patients with end-stage renal disease are undergoing hemodialysis treatment. While this treatment yields relatively positive outcomes, the prevalence of cognitive impairment in patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis ranges from 24 to 80%, which is significantly higher than the general population.
Method: In this retrospective study, a total of 120 patients with kidney disease undergoing maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) were enrolled.
We report the successful application of single pass albumin dialysis (SPAD) and hemoadsorption (HA) in two teenagers with amlodipine poisoning. A 16-year-old girl with amlodipine overdose developed refractory shock and lactic acidosis despite multiple inotropes, calcium, insulin, and glucagon infusion. SPAD was initiated 18 h after the incident for 21 h.

Objectives: To investigate the meta-epidemiology and reporting characteristics of mapping reviews.
Study Design And Setting: We conducted a scoping review of a sample of recent mapping reviews (2022-2023) by searching nine electronic databases and eleven institutional websites up to January 2024. A 28-item reporting checklist, developed by our team and based on existing guidance and methodological studies of mapping reviews, was employed to assess reporting characteristics.
