Intestinal cryptosporidiosis is well described in immunocompetent and immunocompromised children, but respiratory and disseminated cryptosporidiosis in immunodeficient children is not often reported. We describe an Omani infant with disseminated cryptosporidiosis and failing pharmacological therapy in the context of severe combined immunodeficiency.
