Objective: The aim of the study was to evaluate the role of poikilocytosis in the acne vulgaris comorbidity with demodicosis and functional gallbladder disorder.
Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: The study included 140 people with a diagnosis of moderate acne: group 1 - patients with AV, group 2 - patients with AV + Demodicosis, group3- AV + Demodicosis + functional gallbladder disorder (FGD). Biochemical analysis of lipid profile and liver enzymes, bilirubin was performed with semi-automatic analyzer HUMALYZER 3000.
Unlabelled: OBJECTIVES. Chromosomal aberrations (CAs) are the one of the most sensitive biomarikers of biological effects from the hazardous environmental exposure. In this relation the comparison of cytogenetical indices in persons, exposed to the complex of factors of chemically hazard enterprises, with the presence of occupationally caused diseases seems to be very perspective for the understanding of the role of the contribution of genotoxical impact of occupational factors into staff morbidity.

Initial external information to assess the potential risk of skidding were reports, forecasts, posted on the official websites. The risk of skidding and epidemiological complications conditionally designated as high, moderate and minimal risk importation of measles virus-Rate was considered as high.

Weak, but statistically significant correlations were observed between indices: the total rate of chromosome aberrations (CA) (Tau = 0.14, p < 0.

There was performed the cytogenetic study in 104 males working with highly toxic chemicals, 71 people out of which were smokers and 33--non-smokers. No statistically significant differences were revealed between groups of smokers and nonsmokers.

Analysis of chromosome aberrations (CA) in the examined groups revealed a 1.8-fold increase in total CA rates in the industrial community dwellers securing the enterprise as compared to the controls mainly due to the rise in the rate of single fragments.

In the clinical trials of vaccine TEOVac in lower and reglamented doses under the conditions of remote vaccination, carried out on 11 volunteers, local reactions in the form of hyperemia, gingival edema (1 vaccinee), faucial hyperemia, enlargement of submaxillary lymph nodes (2 vaccinees) were registered in some of the vaccines; in one vaccinee systemic postvaccinal reaction of medium gravity was observed. Revaccination produced no negative effect on the hematological and biochemical characteristics of the blood, as well as on the urine characteristics. The study of the sensitizing vaccine to the antigens of the accumulation substrate (chick embryo), as well as its influence on the development of autoimmune reactions, revealed the absence of the allergic action of the preparation and its influence on autoimmune processes in the vaccines.

TEC supernatant also induced these effects. Fraction of apoptotic cells was enriched by CD69+ cells but not by CD95+ cells.

An increased frequency of chromosome aberrations, mainly dicentrics, a long time, up to 47 years after exposure, suggests that it is possible to use the method of unstable aberration analysis for assessment of previous radiation exposure. The enhanced yield of dicentrics was observed in persons who may have received irradiations above permitted limits.

Thirteen blood samples of thallium-poisoned people were cytogenetically investigated. The thallium concentration in blood varied from 25 to 2700 microg/L. The mean frequency of chromosomal aberrations in the poisoned group significantly exceeded our control level (7.

There was a significantly higher frequency of chromosomal radiation markers (dicentrics and rings) in the peripheral lymphocytes of the liquidators than in the control subjects. No differences between these groups were demonstrated by the micronucleus (MN) test.

Co-cultivation of these cells with human thymocytes induced alpha1-thymosin and thymulin production increased to 4-5 days of co-cultivation.

Irradiation retarded the increase of cell number in developing thymuses but in the day of birth the number of thymocytes was normalized. In normal development SC-1+ cells (T cell precursors) disappeared from the thymus immediately before the birth.

The lobes of thymus of newborn mice irradiated on 17 day of embryonic life or on 1 day after the birth were transplanted under the renal capsule of adult mice. The recipients were thymectomized, lethally irradiated and reconstituted by syngeneic bone marrow cells treated by monoclonal anti-Thy-1-antibody and complement 1 month before the transplantation of thymus. Colonization of the thymus transplants, number and functional activity of T cells in peripheral lymphoid organs of recipients were measured 30 day after the transplantation of thymus.

Chromosomal anomalies were found in 6 cases of diagnostic chorion biopsies (12%) and in 4 cases (3%) of medical abortions. The former group included 5 embryos with autosomal trisomy (4--Ts21 and 1--Ts13) and one embryo with monosomy 18.
