In stimulated growth of fibroblasts, the antiproliferative effect of 5-fluorouracil manifests even in a minimal concentration (2 mcg/ml). Recovery of fibroblast proliferative activity after elimination of 5-fluorouracil occurs in concentration under 63 mcg/ml.
