[Androgens and Parkinson's disease: the role in humans and in experiment].

Parkinson's disease (PD) is the second most common neurodegenerative disease after Alzheimer's disease. There is evidence that PD has a wider prevalence among men, which indicates the existing role of sex hormones in the pathogenesis of the disease. The article presents an overview of studies devoted to the study of sex differences in the incidence and symptoms of PD.

[Characteristics of the nutrition of the male population of Ufa].

The method of daily ration reproduction was used to study the actual nutrition of 25% of male subsampling comprising 674 subjects, during the epidemiological investigation of unorganized male population in a region of Ufa. The results of the study have shown that the caloric value of their nutrition does not exceed the established standards and is diminished with age. Protein consumption meets the physiological requirements, animal proteins prevail in their structure.

pAP42 plasmid mobilizes nonconjugative pMR5, pBR322, pACYC 184, RSF2124, RSF1010 plasmids with different frequency. During mobilization of nonconjugative RSF2124 and pACYC184 plasmids by pAP42 factor there form cointegrative structures similar in their properties to typical R plasmids.
