This study reports a case of gouty arthritis in the hip joint in a 57-year-old woman with diabetes and hypertension, with no history of gout, presenting with chronic pain in the right hip. Clinical examination showed obese patient, having painful right limping with lateral hip flexion during walking. Standard radiography objectified osteocondensing formations at the level of the anterior femoral neck.
