Granuloma annulare (GA) is an uncommon benign inflammatory skin condition, most often found on the extremities of young females. The subcutaneous variant of GA involving the penis is very rare. We report a case of subcutaneous GA associated with a urethral anomaly in a 15-year-old boy that persisted for a year.

Meconium peritonitis results from antenatal perforation of the gastrointestinal tract; it presents as gastrointestinal obstruction, intraabdominal masses, or calcification. The presentation with passage of meconium per vagina secondary to meconium peritonitis is rare. We describe the radiologic and surgical findings in a neonate who had passage of meconium per vagina secondary to ileal atresia and meconium peritonitis.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the long-term histologic changes after bladder augmentation with gastric segment in an animal subject.

Materials And Methods: Gastrocystoplasty was performed in 13 young, 3-month-old male rabbits. Open biopsies were taken from the native bladder and the gastric segment preoperatively and at 3, 6, and 12 months postoperatively.

The authors present a case of an infant who was treated for recurrent vomiting following pyloromyotomy. Gastroscopic examination showed a polypoid tumour of 4-5 mm in diameter located at the antral region. The patient recovered following re-pyloromyotomy.
