This study investigated the current practices and challenges for the sustainable fashion of luxury boutique fashion brands (LBFBs) in Vietnam. A series of in-depth interviews with 20 founders and managers of LBFBs in Vietnam was conducted. Findings show that sustainable practices improve ethnic cultures, strengthen the usage of local resources, promote sustainable lifestyle, and thereby contributing to sustainable development of the boutique fashion brands.

This study examined the associations of emotions, cognitions, and behavioral intentions in response to exposure to news stories reporting on the arrival of Omicron variant in Vietnam. Outcomes included fear, anxiety, anger, comparative optimism, intentions to conduct prevention behavior (wash hands with soap), detection behavior (test for Omicron infection), and share health information. Two experiments were conducted with participants being randomized to either low-risk or high-risk condition that contained information promoting hand-washing with soap (Experiment 1,  = 303), or information promoting COVID-19 testing (Experiment 2,  = 303).

The present study focused on the success story of Vietnam's ability to control the COVID-19 outbreak in the early stages to examine the associations between exposure to the Vietnam Ministry of Health's COVID-19 prevention social media campaign messages, interpersonal communication, attitudes, perceived norms, self-efficacy, and intentions to stay at home. A cross-sectional survey was conducted with residents in Ho Chi Minh City ( = 360). Results from mediation analyses indicated that interpersonal communication mediated the effect of social media campaign exposure on intentions to stay at home.

Background: The situation of renal impairment among HIV-infected patients treated with TDF-based antiretroviral (ARV) regimen greater than 3 years is little known when TDF use has been promptly increasing in Vietnam.

Methods: We analyse demographic and clinical data from a cross-sectional survey of 400 HIV-infected patients aged ≥18 years, who were treatment-naive or switched TDF regimen within over 3 years between November 2018 and March 2019. Serological tests for serum creatinine, ALT, and AST were performed.

The paper presents the evaluation of gamma contribution in a neutron calibration field of a Am-Be source. The characterization of gamma flux spectra and gamma ambient dose equivalent rates has been performed using a portable NaI(Tl) gamma spectrometer. For obtaining the gamma ambient dose equivalent rates from the measured spectra, two approaches were applied based on the applications of the G(E) function and the ICRP 74 conversion factors, respectively.

This paper presents the characterization of a neutron calibration field of a Am-Be source using Bonner sphere spectrometer. The characterization of the neutron field in terms of neutron ambient dose equivalent, H(10), rates and neutron flux spectra was performed using generalized-fit and semi-empirical fit methods together with an unfolding technique using the MAXED code. Monte Carlo simulations using MCNP5 have also been conducted to qualify the characterization process.
