Gastric schwannoma: a diagnosis that should be known in 2019.

Gastric schwannoma (GS) is a rare neoplasm of the stomach deriving from Schwann cells of the peripheral nerves in the stomach. It accounts for 0.2% of all gastric tumors and is mostly benign, slow-growing and asymptomatic.

Conjonctival melanoma metastatic to the breast: a case report.

Background: Breast metastasis is fairly uncommon and prognosis is dismal. Breast metastasis might be the first symptom or may occur during the course of other malignancies dominantly arising from the contralateral breast. Leukemia, lung cancer and conjunctival melanoma may spread to the breast.

Unusual case of cavitary lung metastasis from squamous cell carcinoma of the uterine cervix.

Spontaneous excavation of primary lung cancer is common; however cavitation of metastatic lung lesions is rare and usually confused with benign lesions. In Moroccan context tuberculosis is the first suspected diagnosis of lung excavations. We report a rare case of cavitary lung metastasis of a uterine cervix cancer, treated initially as tuberculosis.

[Secondary gliosarcoma: case report].

Gliosarcoma is a rare tumor of the central nervous system, consisting of gliomatous and sarcomatous elements. The glioblastoma can undergo a change in phenotype, transforming into a gliosarcoma, especially when the tumor has been treated with radiotherapy. Features unique to gliosarcoma compared to glioblastoma include their potential to appear similar to a meningioma at macroscopy, repeated reports of metastases and infrequency of EGFR mutations.
