A new series of 1,2,3-triazole-8-quinolinol hybrids were synthesized in good yields using monosubstituted acetonitriles and 5-azidomethyl-8-quinolinol as the starting reagents via a one-step protocol. The structures of 1,2,3-triazole-8-quinolinol hybrids were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance (H and C NMR) spectroscopy and elemental analysis. Antibacterial activity in vitro of all the synthesized hybrids was investigated against (), (), (), and () applying the methods of disk diffusion and minimal inhibition concentration (MIC).

The promotion of human health through natural approaches like functional foods and probiotics is in high demand. The medicinal plants are the major feed of Moroccan dromedary, which improves the functional properties of their milk. A few studies have reported the probiotic and functional aptitudes of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) of this milk.

Dyscalculia is a specific difficulty in learning mathematics that strongly influences activities of daily living that require skills such as counting and simple mathematical operations. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of negative emotions on mathematical performance in children with and without developmental dyscalculia using psychosocial tests, a quality of life test, an anxiety test and the Zareki-R mathematical performance test. This pilot study was realized on a sample of 20 children in the first year of secondary school (a group of 10 dyscalculic children and another group of 10 control children with an average age of 12.

The study of dyscalculia requires an analysis of the current developed hypotheses which describe the cognitive mechanisms involved in this neurodevelopmental disorder. The objective of our review is to determine any progress in modeling developmental dyscalculia. The first hypothesis suggests that dyscalculia is the consequence of a specific deficit level number on the precise number system and the approximate system.

This study aimed to isolate lactic acid bacteria (LABs) of technological interest from Moroccan camel milk and select starter or adjunct culture for dairy product manufacturing. The phenotypic and biochemical identification of 47 isolates revealed the existence of ten Lactococcus lactis, eleven Lactobacillus plantarum, three Lactobacillus brevis, two Lactobacillus paracasei, eleven Enterococcus spp., seven Lactococcus spp.

Over the past decade, reckless usage of synthetic pesticides and fertilizers in agriculture has made the environment and human health progressively vulnerable. This setting leads to the pursuit of other environmentally friendly interventions. Amongst the suggested solutions, the use of chitin and chitosan came about, whether alone or in combination with endophytic bacterial strains.
