Comparative study on structural, morphological, and optical properties of MS/Fe3O4 nanocomposites and M-doped Fe3O4 nanopowders (M = Mn, Zn).

In the present work, the un-doped, M-doped magnetite (FeO); (M = Mn, Zn), and MS/FeO composite nanopowders with a cubic spinel-type structure and average crystallite size range from 8.30 to 12.33 nm were synthesized by co-precipitation method.

MNiFeO spinel ferrite (M = Mn, Zn, and x = 0, 0.05) has been successfully synthesized by co-precipitation technique with hydrazine hydrate reduction agent (instead of NaOH) and Ethylene glycol surfactant. The XRD spectra of the samples illustrated high crystallinity.

Effect of Mn-substitution on impedance spectroscopy and magnetic properties of Al-doped ZnO nanoparticles.

In this study, the role of Mn-substitution on the structural, morphological, dielectric, and magnetic properties of Al-doped ZnO nanoparticles has been examined, using XRD, FE-SEM, μAutolab/FRA2 impedance spectroscopy, and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) techniques. Structural investigations revealed diffraction peaks consistent with JCPDS card No. 036-1451.
