The study aims to explore the association between polymorphisms in the promoter region of microRNA-34b/c (miR-34b/c) and the chemoradiotherapy efficacy for locally advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) in Chinese Han population. Objectives: To investigate the relationship between uridine diphosphate glucoronosyltransferase 1A1 (UGT1A1)*28/*6 and toxicity and clinical efficacy of irinotecan-based chemotherapy in patients with advanced colorectal cancer (CRC) in Xinjiang Uygur and Han population.
