Article Synopsis
  • The study addresses the challenge of improving NOx conversion and particulate combustion efficiency in catalytic gasoline particulate filter systems (CGPFs) during cold starts.
  • Models for novel CGPFs were developed and tested using computational fluid dynamics, showing a 3.2% increase in NOx conversion and a 2.7% increase in particulate combustion efficiency compared to conventional systems.
  • The research also investigated the impact of various exhaust parameters, revealing further improvements of 3.6% in NOx conversion and 16.7% in particulate combustion efficiency, providing valuable insights for enhancing vehicle emission purification.

Lycium seedling was subjected to varying doses of V for 40-45 days to examine the effects on uptake, accumulation, and speciation of V in Lycium seedling by differential centrifugation and enzymolysis. V concentrations in Lycium seedling organs were in sequence as follows: root>leaf>stem. V uptake into stem and leaf were primarily combined with acid-soluble polar compounds, polysaccharide, and immobile materials on the cell walls.

Objective: To probe into and improve the diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis (TB) in the male genital system.

Methods: Fifteen patients with the male genital system TB established by microbiological and pathological examinations were retrospectively reviewed.

Results: The male genital system TB was diagnosed by history, physical examination, semen analysis, TB culture and biopsy.
