Background: The objective of this review was to evaluate the existing literature regarding the accuracy of the Kemp's test in the diagnosis of facet joint pain compared to a reference standard.
Methods: Several databases were searched. All diagnostic accuracy studies comparing the Kemp's test with an acceptable reference standard were included.
Background: Chiropractors receive training in nutrition during their education, previous surveys have found that chiropractors frequently provide recommendations to patients relating to nutrition and dietary supplement intake. However, it has not been ascertained which specific supplements chiropractors recommend or the types of health conditions for which supplement recommendations are made.

Retrieved articles were hand searched for relevant references.

A narrative literature review of RCTs only, was conducted to ascertain which conservative treatments provide the best results for plantar fasciitis patients. Stretching, prefabricated and custom-made orthotics and night splints have all been scrutinized in numerous studies with mixed results. Chiropractic manipulative therapy has been examined in one study, with favorable results.
