Prehospital strategies have been developed to minimize door-to-balloon (DTB) time, but few strategies within the catheterization laboratory itself have been evaluated. Incomplete angiography (IA) prior to percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is undertaken in clinical practice as a means to further reduce DTB time.
