Background Burnout, characterized by emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment, profoundly affects interprofessional collaboration. Despite rising burnout rates, there is a paucity of research regarding the use of social media to support wellness culture, particularly among orthopedic surgery residents. A 41-year-old female with multiple comorbidities presented with NF of the dorsal forearm and hand. Initially managed with serial washouts with extensive debridement, the remaining dorsal forearm full-thickness wound with exposed tendons was treated with an application of the Kerecis xenograft.

Methods: Posters and podiums from 2016 to 2019 were located through the AAHKS e-poster and meeting archives. Titles were queried on Google, Google Scholar, and PubMed.
Objective: The National Football League (NFL) has seen increasing scrutiny regarding its management of concussions, especially following an on-field incident involving the Miami Dolphins' quarterback Tua Tagovailoa in the 2022 season. We hope to elucidate the recent trends in the diagnosis and management of concussions during the course of 5 NFL seasons from 2019 to 2023.
Methods: We queried the NFL injury reports from the 2019 through 2023 database recording players listed with concussions.

The most recent adaptation of ChatGPT that has yet to be explored is its image analysis capabilities. View Article and Find Full Text PDFBackground: Quadriceps tendon (QT) autografts are increasingly popular for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR). However, no study has compared QT autografts with bone-patellar tendon-bone (BTB) autografts regarding the electromechanical delay (EMD), the peak torque (PT), and the rate of force development (RFD) in the superficial quadriceps muscles (rectus femoris [RF], vastus medialis [VM], and vastus lateralis [VL]).
Hypotheses: We hypothesized (1) there would be a significantly lower PT, lower RFD, and longer quadriceps EMD of the operative limb for the QT versus the BTB autograft; (2) the PT, the RFD, and the quadriceps EMD of the operative limb would be significantly depressed compared with those of the nonoperative limb, regardless of the surgical technique; and (3) there would be greater increases in the RF EMD than in the VM or the VL EMD.
